The Sacrament of Baptism
We are pleased to help your family prepare for the special event of your child’s entrance into our faith community.
To help parents and godparents prepare, a class (English) is held the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7:30pm in the Community Center and in Spanish the 2nd Saturday of each month at 9:00am at Guadalupana.
Parents and Godparents must attend this class prior to scheduling baptism.
Preparing for the Sacrament of Marriage?
Blessed Trinity will host Pre-Cana Marriage Preparation classes from 8am-5pm in the King of Kings Building on the following dates:
- Saturday, April 27, 2024
- Saturday, October 5, 2024
The cost is $50 per couple and includes continental breakfast and lunch.
Sacramental Preparation
First Reconciliation and Communion sacramental preparation is made in 2nd grade.
Preparation for the sacrament of Confirmation is made in 7th and 8th grade.
The Sacrament of Confirmation will be conferred by Bishop Noonan on February 3, 2024, for 8th grade students who have attended Sunday mass and classes regularly, made a retreat, and completed service hours.
Classes for K-8th Grade
Begin Sunday, August 27th at 9:55am
Classes meet in the Blessed Trinity School building, except for the first meeting on August 27th when all families are asked to gather in the King of Kings building for an introduction to the school year.
There is an additional Sunday class for students in older grades who have not received the sacraments of Baptism, First Reconciliation, and First Communion.
An additional class for high school students who have not received the sacrament of Confirmation meets on Wednesday evenings at 7:00pm beginning on September 6th.
