Saving Mercy and Carrfour Supportive Housing are close to breaking ground on a new 59-unit, two story, 55,000 square foot apartment building on State Road 40 close to I-75! The building will be National Green Building Standard certified and will have office space, client resource rooms, community space, a fitness center, and more.
