The 4-session training program for new altar servers begins Monday, October 7th from 5:30pm to 7:00pm. Subsequent sessions will be October 14th, October 21st, & October 28th.
Altar serving is open to any Catholic youth that is entering 4th through 12th grade. Altar servers commit to serving at 1-2 masses per month plus additional masses during busier holiday times. This is a great opportunity for service hours for 8th graders and high schoolers!
Attention parents: There will be a short parent/student meeting on October 7th at 5:15pm in the church, before the first training session. To reserve your spot please email btaltarservers@gmail.com to register. Space is limited to 12 students and students must be able to attend all 4 sessions. The next training sessions may be offered in April 2025.
We would appreciate that a parent or two (must be fingerprinted) stay during the training sessions, even if you can only stay for one of sessions offered.
