The ability to share an interest with others in a spirit of friendship is much needed for our wellbeing.  The Stitching Sisters provide each other with friendship, encouragement, and support, while using our individual gifts to create items that are shared with the homebound and with Brother’s Keeper. 

Purpose: To provide handmade items (crochet, knit) for homebound parishioners, nursing home residents and the homeless at Christmas. 

Responsibilities: Prayerfully stitch items throughout the year 

Helpful Attributes: Creativity and a passion for making handmade items.  

Time Commitment: Monthly meetings and helping package items to give away at the end of November. 

Training Required: None. There is always an attitude of willingness to learn from each other.
