Perpetual Adoration is a permanent exposition of the Blessed Sacrament where the chapel is open in constant vigil of prayer, seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. Perpetual Adoration is putting our faith into practice.
Purpose: To spend time with the Lord and to cover the world with prayer!
Responsibilities: Upon arrival of your designated hour, sign in and stay with Our Lord for your full designated hour. When your hour is over and the adorer for the next hour arrives, you are free to go or stay. If you cannot be there (Jesus must never be left alone), make sure you have arranged for a substitute adorer. This can be done in two ways: if you have a co-adorer, make sure you coordinate with them to make sure the hour is covered, or if you are the sole adorer for a given hour make sure you have a substitute in place. A list of substitutes is available in the chapel.
Helpful Attributes: A personal commitment to grow closer to God.
Time Commitment: Weekly visit on your designated day and hour.
