We receive many donations of food, generally in bulk amounts. Volunteers are needed to shelve and bag food for distribution.
Purpose: Assist in organizing pantry and preparing food bags for clients.
Responsibilities: Prepare bags of food with a balance of items, ready to hand out daily.
Helpful Attributes: Organization, able to lift 20 lbs.
Time commitment: Flexible. The Emergency Assistance office is open 9am-3pm Monday through Friday. Most volunteers work one day or a half day per week.
Training required: Orientation of procedures
