Spreading God’s Word wherever the Son shines. Our team has a nine-month formation starting in September and culminating in a one-week mission trip to Central America or the Caribbean. The mission trip includes a construction project, bible school for local children and community outreach. Team participation is open to all high school teens and adults.

Purpose: To serve the needs of our local community and those far from home.

Responsibilities: Attend monthly meetings, participate in Thanksgiving and Christmas food collections for Brother’s Keeper, stewardship dinner set-up, and participate in all fundraisers, including poinsettia sales and Lenten Fish Fry.

Helpful Attributes: Love of service, positive attitude, and flexibility.

Time Commitment: One-hour monthly meeting. One-hour shift for food collection and plant sales. Six three-hour fish fry shifts. Three one-hour fish prep shifts.

Training Required: None

Fingerprinting Required: All adults.
