Blessed Trinity’s church office is a busy place!
Good stewards are needed:
Monday-Friday 8am-1pm and 1pm-5pm
Saturdays from 9am-noon.
Purpose: To provide support to the parish secretary and the parish at large.
Responsibilities: Answer phones, help people that come into the office, assist parish staff as needed.
Helpful Attributes: Friendly, outgoing personality
Time Commitment: Weekly (or bi-weekly) Monday-Friday, 8am-1pm or 1pm-5pm or Saturday mornings 9am-noon.
Training Required: The phone system, office routines
Fingerprinting Required: Yes
