Adopt and provide the care for one of the parking lot islands or one of the many garden areas located on the Church and school grounds. This is a great service opportunity for individuals, families, or groups. You may work on your adopted garden area whenever it is safe and convenient.
Purpose: To ensure all garden areas are well maintained so that all who enter our Church and school grounds feel welcome and are greeted with beauty when they come to Mass.
Responsibilities: Weeding, trimming, adding mulch, planting new plants when needed. Whatever is necessary to keep your garden well maintained.
Helpful Attributes: Love of gardening and not afraid of some hard work!
Time Commitment: At least once a month and more often in Spring and Summer. Whatever time is needed to keep your garden weeded and well maintained.
Training Required: None.
